App version 0.7.934 · Updated

Get started

  1. Open a session in Chat View and describe the result you want.
  2. Add relevant images or files using the available input actions, paste or drag-and-drop.
  3. Press Enter to send; Shift+Enter inserts a new line.
  4. Follow tool cards, questions and plan or permission requests in the conversation.
  5. Open completed images and file links from the response and check the result.

Supply context and steer ongoing work

The composer supports text, larger pasted passages and attachments. Large pastes appear compactly, with their full contents available to expand. Which attachment types a model can actually use depends on the selected provider.

While an agent works, follow-up tasks can sit in a visible queue. Edit or delete them there. Where the provider supports it, Inject now sends a task into ongoing work; otherwise it stays queued for the next turn.

Tools, plans and permissions

The chat shows tool activity, thinking status, subtasks and questions. Permission requests appear as interactive cards. You can approve a plan, reject it or request additions.

Work mode and permissions are separate choices: Plan mode controls how the agent approaches the task, while Skip Permissions or YOLO affects prompts and access restrictions. Choose them for the task at hand. Availability and exact behavior vary between agents.

Stop interrupts the run. Escape first asks whether you want to stop. Interrupting does not undo file changes already made; inspect code changes in Dev Cockpit.

Images, files and readable history

Generated images can appear in a gallery directly in the response. Open a preview to enlarge it or download the original. The chat-image download folder is a device-specific preference. An older conversation cannot recreate an original file that has been removed.

File links, code blocks and copy actions keep outputs accessible. Jump to the newest message to return to the end of a long conversation. Slash commands supplement the composer; displayed CLI commands belong to their respective provider and are not automatically available everywhere.
