- What is IXIOM?
- IXIOM is a native desktop workspace for AI coding agents. Invite Claude and Codex into one shared chat, or use separate sessions with other supported backends. Projects, Git worktrees and Teams organize the work.
- How do Claude and Codex work in one chat?
- Start collaboration deliberately using the button or a clear request such as “Bring Codex in”. Both agents retain their own sender identity, exchange tasks and results and can pass image files between them. Choose who receives your next message and end collaboration when needed. After a restart it stays off until you start it again.
- Which systems can run IXIOM?
- Downloads are available for Windows, macOS and Linux. The download page lists the available architecture, file format and version for each platform.
- What does the subscription include?
- IXIOM provides the desktop workspace and its features. External AI subscriptions and provider API usage are not included. Hosted Image Studio credits are offered separately.
- Can I try IXIOM before subscribing?
- Yes. IXIOM has a three-day full trial without a credit card. The monthly IXIOM subscription is 19.99 EUR. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
- Who develops IXIOM?
- IXIOM is proprietary software developed by Felix Schumann in Germany. It is an independent product; the supported AI providers supply their own services and CLIs.
