What makes it different
Four ways to reach it
The chat panel, Telegram, the phone app relay and a schedule. All four are the same agent with the same settings - including the thinking level, which used to only apply to the first one.
It runs on a schedule
Put a job on a cron and it runs whether or not you are at the machine. The result reaches you on whichever channel you are actually on.
It remembers
A memory that outlives the session, browsable and editable, so the things you had to explain once do not have to be explained again next week.
What changed
- 01The thinking level reaches all four channels
- The setting used to apply only to the chat panel. Anyone who set it to high still got the provider default over Telegram, the relay and scheduled runs - no error, no hint, just weaker answers in three places out of four. All four now read it from the same place.
- 02Summaries deliberately skip it
- A summary condenses a transcript that already exists. Thinking does not make that better, only slower and more expensive, so summaries stay on the fast path on purpose.
- 03Telegram keeps its own thread
- Telegram survives the chat list rework because it keeps a separate history per counterpart, rather than sharing the panel's.
- 04It can point at your subscription
- ChatGPT connects with a button, Kimi connects itself as soon as the Kimi CLI is signed in, and Claude connects through a pasted token with no button at all. The agent will tell you which is which rather than sending you to look.
